• Centralized pick-up by SLG: Have SLG collect all your shipments in one go and let us deliver them to the selected carrier.

With our Track & Trace feature, you can easily follow the status of your shipments via the websites of various carriers. We provide direct access to the tracking pages of the most commonly used carriers:

In addition, our customer service team actively monitors your shipments. Should there be any delays or once your shipment has been delivered, we will promptly inform you. If you have any questions or need an additional status update, feel free to contact our customer service team at ops@slg.aero, and we will track down the shipment for you and provide an update, so you don't need to contact the carrier yourself.
